Gladys Mae Slaughter, 87 of the Deerlick Rd. Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, January 22, 2009, at the Auburn Health Care in Auburn, Kentucky. She was born Sunday, March 20, 1921 in Todd Co., Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Carl Baugh and the late Clara (Crafton) Baugh. She was the wife of the late Robert Ross Slaughter. She was homemaker and a member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Larry Slaughter of Bowling Green, KY and Bobby Slaughter of Bloomington, IN; 12 grand children; 15 great grand children. She was predeceased by son, Russell Slaughter. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Kris Freeman, Rev. Chris Vaught and Rev. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM on Friday, January 23, 2009, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
