George Warren Whitson, 75 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born Monday, October 10, 1949, the son of the late Warren Whitson and the late Mary Lucille Brown Whitson.
He was a farmer and attended Russellville United Methodist.
Surviving are daughter, Ginger Hammock of Bowling Green, KY; son, Gregory Warren (Wendy) Whitson of Russellville, KY; son-in-law, Brian Ellis of Memphis, TN; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by daughter, Julie Ellis.
A graveside service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Lewisburg Cemetery located at 195 Deerlick Road, Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Keith Hildabrand officiating.
