George Thomas Harrison

George Thomas Harrison, 92 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Hospice Center of Southern Ky. in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Saturday, January 24, 1920 in Butler County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late William Harrison and the late Mary Dillon Harrison. He was the husband of Mildred Gilliam Harrison who survives. He was employed by Rockwell. He served as a TEC 4 in the Army Air Corps from 1942 until 1945. He was a Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Surviving are son, Korlin Thomas Harrison "Corky" of Nashville, TN, daughter, Shelia Groves (Jeff) of Lewisburg, KY, and 2 grand children Tyler Groves, and Justin Groves both of Lewisburg, Ky. He was predeceased by sisters, Ruth Scovel and Juanita Westray. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Gary Ball and Bro. Bart Myers officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
