Eva Kathern Belcher Mefford, 96 of Dunmor, Kentucky died on Monday, December 7, 2020, at her home in Dunmor, Kentucky. She was born Thursday, July 31, 1924 in Penrod, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Beverly Baker and the late Carrie Strader Baker. She was the wife of the late Gus Belcher. She was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Church Of Christ. Surviving are her second husband, Rev. Leamon Mefford of Dunmor, KY, daughters, Gayla Ann Luckett-(Gale) of Dunmor, KY and Debbie Jean English-(Criss) of Dunmor, KY; 5 grand children; 12 great grand children. Due to current mandates implemented by the Governor of Kentucky, all services for Eva Kathern Belcher Mefford will be private. Interment will be in Hortons Chapel Cemetery, Belton, KY.
