Eric Lyle Mckinney
January 15, 1967 — October 17, 2023
Eric McKinney, 56 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky after valiantly fighting a four-year battle with cancer.
He was born Sunday, January 15, 1967, the son of the late Linville Lyle McKinney and the late Shirley Lacy McKinney. He was the husband of Barbara McKinney of Sharon Grove, who survives.
He worked in facility maintenance at Todd County Schools and other places over the years. Eric was also a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He was an honest man and an accomplished hunter.
Surviving are Sister, Talia McKinney Collins (Patrick) of Lebanon, OH; Two Nieces, Tamryn Claire Collins of Lebanon, OH, Shana Marie Collins of Lebanon, OH; a host of cousins.
A funeral service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Antioch Baptist Church located at 7596 Duncan Ridge Road, Lewisburg, KY 42256; with Bro. Michael Shultz officiating. Interment will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service on Sunday at Antioch Baptist Church
