Elmo Kirby

Mr. Elmo Kirby, age 73, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Mr. Kirby was employed by U. S. Government He Served in the Army during Korean War and Vietnam War. He was the son of the late Tom Kirby and the late Erdine Kirby. He is also survived by his wife Mrs. Norma (McPherson) Kirby; Three Sons, Son-Mr. Gary Kirby of Athens, Tenn. Son-Mr. Mike Kirby of Lewisburg, Ky. Son-Mr. Mark Kirby of Beechmont, Ky. Two Sisters, Sister-Mrs. Gracie Sumner of Lewisburg, Ky. Sister-Mrs. Helen Daughtry of Gadsden, Ala. Two Brothers, Brother-Mr. Ed Kirby of Huntsville, Ky. Brother-Mr. Roy Kirby of Owensboro, Ky. Five grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Thursday, February 5, 2004. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 2:00 PM Friday, February 6, 2004 , Rev. Jim Watt officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery Funeral Home: Price Funeral Home, Inc. 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, KY US 42256-0299
