Elcie Perry McKinney, 74 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Friday, January 2, 2015, at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Sunday, December 22, 1940 in Logan County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late James C. Perry and the late Mary Shoemake Perry. She was the wife of Urel McKinney, who survives. She was a housewife and a member of Mt. Vernon General Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Ralph McKinney of Lewisburg, KY and Chris McKinney of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Loria Rice of Auburn, KY, sisters, Cynthia White of Russellville, KY, Ruby Slack of Russellville, KY and Ogla Tanner of Elkton, KY; 3 grand children; 3 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Glen Harper officiating.
