Effie Mae Blake

Mrs. Effie Mae (Whitmon) Blake, age 87, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Tuesday, February 14, 2006, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Ky. Mrs. Blake was a retired waitress at Shady Cliff Resturant. She was the daughter of the late Riley Whitmon and the late Minnie (Burchett) Whitmon. She was the widow of William Richard Blake. She is survived by Two Daughters, Rita (Blake) Casey of Lewisburg, Ky. Ann (Blake) Wilson of Dallas, Ga. Three Sons, William (Bill) Blake of Hopkinsville, Ky. Etherd Blake of Elkson, Ky. Dan Blake of Hopkinsville, Ky. Three Sisters, Ruth Krowder of Lewisburg, Ky. Lorene Whitescarver of New Hebron, Ohio Ernestine Shemwell of Horse Cave, Ky. Two Brothers, Leslie Whitmon of Greenville, Ky. Gene Whitmon of Lewisburg, Ky. Ten grandchildren Twenty great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2006 and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, February 16, 2006. At Trinity General Baptist Church from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Thursday, February 16, 2006. Funeral service will be at Trinity General Baptist Church at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 16, 2006 , Rev.
