Edith Nell Givens, 76 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born on Thursday, July 25, 1935 in Butler County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late David B. Embry and the late Flora Phelps Embry. She was the wife of the late William Edward Givens. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Eddie Givens - (Tammy) of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Cheryl McDaniel - (Jim) of Lewisburg, KY, sisters, Wanda Grise of Lewisburg, KY and Bonnie Wooldridge of Lewisburg, KY; 4 grand children; 5 great grand children and 2 great great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Rock Springs Baptist Church located at Beechland Rd. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256. Interment will be in Quality Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 3, 2012, and again on Sunday, March 4, 2012 beginning at 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM noon at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
