Douglas Ray Watkins

Mr. Douglas Ray Watkins, age 80, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. Mr. Watkins was a retired Truck Driver and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He Served in the Army during World War II. He was the son of the late Zearl Watkins and the late Alma (Dowdy) Watkins. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Arlene (Johnson) Watkins; One Daughter, Mrs. Darlene Rust of Auburn, Ky. One Son, Mr. Darvin Watkins of Lewisburg, Ky. Two Sisters, Mrs. Louise Whitescarver of Lewisburg, Ky. Mrs. Elnora Salmon of Vine Grove, Ky. One Brother, Mr. Robert Ford Watkins of Rossville, Ga. Six grandchildren Nine great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Friday, April 20, 2007. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home Inc. at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2007 , Bro.
