Douglas Glenn Adler, 77 of Owensboro, Kentucky died on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro. He was born Friday, January 25, 1935 in Russellville, Kentucky, the son of the late Sherman Adler and the late Oma Fitzhugh Adler. He was a retired cabinet salesman. Surviving are sons, Gerald Adler of Owensboro, KY and Joseph Adler of Owensboro, KY, daughters, Peggy Willige of Houston, TX and Karen Eastridge of Shepherdsville, KY, brothers, Raymond Adler of Russellville, KY, Sherman Adler, Jr. of Lewisburg, KY and Eddie Adler of Fort Myers, FL, sisters, Lillie Belle Johnson of Russellville, KY and Alice Marie Gower of Lewisburg, KY; 7 grand children. He was predeceased by son, Ricky Glenn Adler, and daughter, Shelly Lynn Adler. A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. James Brooks officiating. Interment will be in Fitzhugh Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
