She was born Saturday, March 18, 1961 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the daughter of Harold Blythe of Hammond, IN and the late Rebecca Tooley Turner. She was a former waitress at Colonial Inn in Russellville, KY. and was a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Tammy Adler of Lewisburg, KY, sons, Bobby Ballard of Lewisburg, KY, Terry Ballard of Lewisburg, KY and Steven Ballard of Lewisburg, KY, sisters, Pamela Brake of Lewisburg, KY, Sherry Moody of Guthrie, KY, Cathy Perry of Lewisburg, KY, Connie Gross of Portland, TN and Teana Large of Lewisburg, KY; 2 grand children, Hunter Ballard, Zoie Ballard of Dot, KY A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256. Interment will be in Greenridge C P Church, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
