She was born Thursday, May 21, 1953 in Russellville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Devine and Marie Bond of Russellville, KY who survives. She was employed by the Carpenter Co. She was a member of Center Baptist Church. She was also survived by three aunts and one uncle, Elsie Cox, Mary and Bill Pope and Jane Cox all of Russellville, KY She was also predeceased by brother, Danny Devine.
