Donald Ray Richmond, 71 of Cromwell, Kentucky died on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at his residence. He was born Tuesday, November 30, 1937 in Sharon Grove, Kentucky, and was the son of the late Alpha Clay Richmond and the late Mabel Coursey Richmond. He was a retired maintenance worker with Northfield Manor Apartments. He served as a Corporal in the Marine Corps from 1955 until 1958. He was a member of Liberty Lighthouse Church of God - Hartford, Ky.. Surviving are his companion of 20 years, Altabelle Ray Evans of Cromwell, KY., sons, Mark Alan Richmond of Cromwell, KY and Alpha William Richmond of Ravenna, OH, daughters, Dawn Renee Richmond of Ravenna, OH and Tina Lea Wilson of Deerfield, OH, brothers, Gene Richmond of Lewisburg, KY and Dennis Richmond of Russellville, KY, sisters, Anna Belle Sumner of Russellville, KY, Mary Timberlake of Lewisburg, KY, Lillian Helton of Lewisburg, KY, Dona Mae Hildabrand of Lewisburg, KY and Claudeen Davis of Fordsville, KY; 5 grand children; 1 great grand child. He was predeceased by brothers, Ed Richmond, Robert Richmond and Lyle Richmond. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Ervin Doepel and Sister Mary Doepel officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
