Detra Lynn Wallace

Detra Lynn Bowersock Wallace, 63 of Dunmor, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Heartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky.

She was born Thursday, February 18, 1960, the daughter of the late Dennis Bowersock and the late Katie White Bowersock. She was the wife of Billy Wallace who survives. The couple was happily married for 46 years.

She was a Homemaker and a member of Horton Chapel Church of Christ.

Surviving are Three Daughters, Shanna (Angela) Davis of Auburn, KY, Malinda Howard (Oscar Artgia) of Dunmor, KY, Wynona Valentine (Moises Luga) of Dunmor, KY; Son, Billy Wallace (Casey Bower) of Drakesboro, KY; Two Sisters, Dennice (Sam) Lindsey of Wingo, KY, Sharon Arndell of Nashville, TN; Two Brothers, Ralph (Patty) Bowersock of Bridgeport, IL, Terry Bowersock of Dunmor, KY; Four Grandsons, Dakota Wallace of Dunmor, KY, Justin Wallace of Drakesboro, KY, Dustin (Ashley) Scott of Lewisburg, KY, Daniel (Caitlin) Scott of Russellville, KY; Granddaughter, Selena Jones of Auburn, KY;

She was predeceased by Sister, Betty Hurston, Sister, Wynona Bowersock, Brother, George Bowersock, Brother, Ronnie Bowersock, Brother, Carl Dean Bowersock, Son-in-law, Tommy Howard.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 5:00 pm at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the time of the service on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the funeral home with Bro. Stony Hildabrand officiating. After the service interment will be at Horton's Chapel Cemetery.
