Delbert Wood Toomey

Mr. Delbert Wood Toomey, age 78, of Owensboro, Ky., died Sunday, December 31, 2006, at his residence in Owensboro. Mr. Toomey was a retired plater with Western Plating Co. - Owensboro, Ky and was a member of Whitesville Church of Christ. He Served in the Army during the Korean War. He was the son of the late Samuel Toomey and the late Annie (Wood) Toomey. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Willie Myrl (Corum) Toomey; Three Daughters, Mrs. Kathy Carver (Tim) of Hillsboro, Ore. Ms. Debra Toomey of Owensboro, Ky. Mrs. Beverly Considine (Dan) of Brownsburg, Ind. Two Sons, Mr. Hal Toomey (Nina) of Franklin, Ky. Mr. Alan Toomey (Teresa) of Hartford, Ky. One Brother, Mr. Wilbur Toomey of Greenville, Ky. Seven grandchildren, Jennifer Considine Jessica Shadowens Rachel Toomey Jordan Toomey Jeremy Considine Camerson Toomey Ryan Considine Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2007. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 3, 2007 , Kenny Payne officiating. Interment will be at Lewisburg Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ky.
