Dee L. Joines, 69 of Smiths Grove, Kentucky died on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, May 8, 1945. She was the wife of the late Vernon Hubert Joines. She is survived by sister-in-law, Loretta Brewer of Belton, KY. She was a retired school teacher.
