David Lee Covington, 69 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, February 1, 2015, at his home. He was born Monday, September 3, 1945 in Belleville, Illinois, the son of the late Melvin Covington Sr. and the late Margaret Sumner Covington. Surviving are brothers, Larry Covington of Franklin, KY, Steve Covington of Sharon Grove, KY, Ronnie Covington of Hopkinsville, KY, Kenny Covington of Russellville, KY and Troy Covington of Lewisburg, KY, sisters, Ann Spohn of Lewisburg, KY, Darlene Goodman of Lewisburg, KY, Debbie Covington of Lewisburg, KY, Jean Roe of Lancaster, CA, Betty Forgy of Lewisburg, KY, Kathy Irvin of Lewisburg, KY and Brenda Shutts of Sharon Grove, KY. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Larry Eaton and Ralph Spohn Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Olive Grove Cemetery, Rosewood, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
