He was born Sunday, October 24, 1948 in Greenville, Kentucky, the son of the late Ewell Wells and the late Marie Wells. He was a self-employed flea market dealer. Surviving are son, Jeremy Wells of Austin, TX, brother, John Wells of Midway, KY, sisters, Phyllis Dukes of Lewisburg, KY and Joan Castallano of Waco, TX; 2 grand children. Cremation was chosen with private services to be held at a later date.
