Daniel Vincent Phelps, 64 of Elkton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Ky.
He was born Tuesday, May 27, 1958, to the son of the late Madero Phelps and the late Ola Haynes Phelps. He was the husband of the late Sandra Vick Phelps.
He was a truck driver for Jeff Lear Trucking of Elkton, attended New Cedar Grove Baptist Church and he also served in the National Guard.
Surviving are Daughter, Naomi Robinson of Lewisburg, Ky; Son, Scott Hildebrand of Pembroke, Ky; Four Sisters, Martha Brown (Ernie) of Centertown ,Ky, Mary Matimer of Florida, Barbara Banks (Jesse) of Chandlers, Ky, Rebecca Gregory of Chandlers,Ky; Three Brothers, Glenn Phelps of Bowling Green, Ky, James Phelps (Rosie)of Michigan, John Phelps (Joyce) of Russellville, Ky.
He was predeceased by Grandson, Brian Lyons.
A graveside service will be on April 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Chandlers Chapel Cemetery located at Turner Rd in Auburn Ky, with David and Vicki Watson officiating.
