Clyda Joyce (Sharp) Smith

Clyda Joyce (Sharp) Smith, 90 of Joelton, Tennessee died on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born Thursday, April 24, 1930 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Henry Sharp and the late Minnie Baugh Sharp. She was the wife of the late Lloyd Smith. She was a retired bookkeeper for Nashville Surgical Supply and was a member of Life Church in Nashville. She is survived by a step-daughter, Tina Purke; step-sons, Michael Smith, Danny Smith, and Dennis Smith; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Clarence Sharp, Bland Sharp and Verner Sharp, sister, Lillian Slaughter. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday at Wileys Chapel Methodist Church with the Bro. Delbert Bryant officiating. Interment will be in Wileys Chapel Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Wileys Chapel Methodist Church, , Lewisburg, Kentucky.
