Claudis Arlene Watkins, 95 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Wednesday, January 24, 1923, the daughter of the late Willie Johnson and the late Pearlie Neal Johnson. She was the wife of the late Douglas Watkins. She was employed by Elkton Apparel and was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Darlene Purcell -(Lee) of Auburn, KY, brothers, David Johnson of Glasgow, KY, Russell Johnson of Lewisburg, KY and Truman Johnson of Russellville, KY, sister, Joyce Chapman of Lewisburg, KY; 6 grand children; 12 great grand children; 1 great great grand child. She was predeceased by son, Darvin Watkins and sister, Arlie Stinson. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Richard Allen officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2018, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
