Christine Hawes White, 89 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at Creekwood Place in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, August 10, 1926 in Logan Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late Arthur Hawes and the late Ethel Shelton Hawes. She was the wife of the late Lewis H. White. She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Jimmy White-(Judy) of Lewisburg, KY, Jeffery White - (Shirley) of Russellville, KY and Joey White-(Sherri) of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Juley Nelson - (Tommy) of Lewisburg, KY, sister, Marene Davis of Cincinnati, OH; daughter-in-law, Irene White of Clarksville, TN; 11 grand children; 22 great grand children. She was predeceased by son, Jerry White and brother, Herbert Hawes. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Albert Clardy officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2016, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
