Chester Oatsvall, 94 of the Quality Rd, Lewisburg, Kentucky formerly of Paducah, Kentucky died on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Creekwood Place in Russellville, Kentucky. He was born Thursday, April 9, 1914, and was the son of the late Jeff Oatsvall and the late Cecil Lynch Oatsvall. He was the husband of the late Cordie Walters Oatsvall. He was a retired Construction Co. laborer and a member of CCC of Eastern Kentucky. Surviving are daughter, Shirley Millay and husband Elery of Lewisburg, KY; half-brother, Donald Walters of Kickman, KY. 2 grand children; 2 great grand children 3 great great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Hughes Funeral Home, 2975 Old Husbands Rd., Paducah, KY . Interment will be in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery, Paducah, KY.
