Charlie (Bud) Turner Thompson, 56 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, January 15, 2009, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was Born Friday, November 7, 1952 in Pontiac, MI. He was the son of C.T. Thompson and Edna Thompson of Lewisburg, who survive. He was the husband of Anna Sue (Harris) Thompson of Lewisburg, who survives. He was a Project Manager with Circle C Construction Co. in Russellville, Ky.. He was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel and Friend of Bill W. Surviving are son, Charlie Thompson - (Shelby) of Keego Harbor, MI, daughters, Christina Groleau - (Brandon) of Grand Blanc, MI and Misty Gray Dauley of Lewisburg, KY, brothers, Steve Thompson of Greensboro, NC, Ted Thompson of Waterford, MI and Robert Thompson of Franklin, KY, sisters, Barbara Lancie of Drakesboro, KY and Charla Kaye Thompson of Lewisburg, KY; 3 grand children, Gavin Dauley, Lewisburg, KY, Ryan Groleau, Grand Blanc, MI and Amanda Meredith, Grand Blanc, MI. He was predeceased by son, Christopher Lee Thompson. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Joe Carrico and Rev. Matthew Sickling officiating. Interment will be in Martin Cemetery, Logan Co., KY. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, January 17, 2009, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
