Charles Phillips "Phil" Barber, 67 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky. He was born Sunday, February 12, 1950, the son of the late Charles Barber and the late Dorine Phillips Barber. He had been a bagger at Houchens in Russelville for years. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Maple Grove Cemetery located at Nashville St. Russellville, Kentucky 42276. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
