Carrie Pauline Sumner

Mrs. Carrie Pauline (Hardison) Sumner, age 93, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at Auburn Nursing Center in Auburn, Ky. Mrs. Sumner was a homemaker and a member of Lewisburg Church Of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Robert Hardison and the late Nannie Belle (Hunt) Hardison. She was the wife of the late James Carl Sumner. She is survived by her One Daughter, Mrs. Geneva Bilbrey of Russellville, Ky. Three Sons, Mr. Eldred Sumner of Lewisburg, Ky. Mr. Robert Sumner of Russellville, Ky. Mr. Wilburn Sumner of Lewisburg, Ky. Four granddaughters, Mrs. Kathy Holloway of Russellville, Ky. Mrs. Darlene Heflin of Russellville, Ky. Mrs. Freda Pogue of Beechmont, Ky. Mrs. Fadocia Hall of Ashland City, Tn. Four Sisters, Mrs. Rachel Bower of Morgantown, Ky. Mrs. Lucille Cox of Owensboro, Ky. Mrs. Olene Escue of Goodlettsville, Tn. Mrs. Faye Dorris of Owensboro, Ky. Two Brothers, Mr. Thomas Hardison of San Diego, Ca. Mr. Ray Hardison of Tallahassee, Fl. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter Teresa Sumner. Nine great-grandchildren Three great-great grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Saturday, May 21, 2005. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 22, 2005 , Bobby Gardner officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Moriah Church Of Christ Cemetery.
