Carolyn Sue Spivey

Carolyn Sue Spivey, 68 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at Auburn Health Care in Auburn, Kentucky. She was born Thursday, December 11, 1947 in Drakesboro, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Kenneth Baugh and the late Mary Gibbs Baugh. She was the wife of Alvin Spivey, who survives. She was a seamstress for Red Kap Industries and a member of the Lewisburg Church of Christ. Also surviving are sons, John Spivey (Cindy) of Lewisburg, KY and Phillip Spivey (Laura) of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Melissa Miller (Charles) of Chandler's Chapel, KY, brothers, Kenneth Earl Baugh of Houston, TX, Jerry Baugh of Utica, KY and James Baugh, sisters, Mary-Ann Slingerlend of Evansville, IN, Cindie Etienne of Evansville, KY and Janice Anderson of Morgantown, KY; 5 grand children, and 4 step-grandchildren; 2 great grand children, and 3 great step-grandchildren. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Mr. Patrick Kerstiens officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
