Also surviving are fiancee, Billy Smith of Lewisburg, KY, son, Cameron Smith of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Anna Nichole Smith of Lewisburg, KY, sister, Cristal Rogers of Russellville, KY. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. John Posey officiating.
