Billie Long, Jr., 86 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Thursday, September 26, 1929 in Beech Creek, Kentucky, the son of the late Frank Morgan Long and Mary Elizabeth Long. He was the husband of Betty Arnold Long, who survives. He was a railroad engineer. He was a member of Penrod Baptist Church and the Lewisburg Masonic Lodge Surviving are sons, David Long of Woodburn, KY and Tim Long of Hopkinsville, KY, daughters, Cindy Colston of Russellville, KY, Susie Axetell of Beechmont, KY, Kathy Harper of Jackson, TN and Barb Wester of Belton, KY; 16 grand children; 33 great grand children, and 2 great great grandchildren. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Steve Rutherford officiating. Interment will be in Penrod Baptist Church Cemetery, Penrod, KY. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Friday, May 13, 2016, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
