Autumn Shay Parrish, age 1 year, 9 months, of Russellville, Ky., died Monday, February 12, 2007, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Ky. She was the daughter of Timothy Parrish and Mindy Gant both of Russellville, Ky. She is also survived by her Two Sisters, Destiney Faye Parrish of Russellville, Ky. Tori Parrish of Russellville, Ky. Grandparents, Mat. grandmother-Joyce Christmas of Russellville, Ky. Step Mat. Grandfather-Kendell Shaw of Russellville, Ky. Mat. Grandfather-Benjamin Doyle Gant of Dover, Tenn. Pat.
