Almanell Mckinney

Almanell McKinney, 85 of the Jim Willhite Rd., Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Friday, February 6, 2009, at Hearthstone Place in Elkton, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, September 11, 1923 in Muhlenberg Co., Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Albert Garrett and the late Mattie Francis (Stevenson) Garrett. She was the wife of the late Wendell McKinney. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Vernon General Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Urel McKinney of Lewisburg, KY, Linville McKinney of Russellville, KY, Rayburn McKinney of Russellville, KY, Randal McKinney of Lewisburg, KY and Rickey McKinney of Lewisburg, KY, brother, George Garrett of Newport Richey, FL; 9 grand children; 7 great grand children, 2 step grandchildren and 2 step great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Glendel Harper officiating. Interment will be in Bivins Cemetery, on Hwy 181 in Todd Co,, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2009, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
