Surviving are son, Kirby Phillips of Saint Louis, MO, daughter, McCall Phillips of Saint Louis, MO, brothers, Charles Phillips of Russellville, KY, Chris Phillips of Russellville, KY and Craig Phillips of Lewisburg, KY, sister, Cindy Lewis of Russellville, KY and maternal grandmother, Ilene Goodman of Lewisburg, KY. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Darren Pentecost, Bro. Hank Hubbs and Bro. Glenn Harper officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
