He is survived by his parents, Jeff & DeAnn Travis of Lewisburg. His sisters Kari Travis & Emily Travis of Lewisburg Maternal Grandparents: Bert and Sandra Adler, Portland, TN. Paternal Grandparents: Neal & Barbara Travis of Browder, Ky. Ethan is also survived by his girlfriend Devin Brown of Auburn, Ky. Parents: Clinton & Eunice Clark of Russellville, Ky. Paternal Grandparents: Felts and Margie Clark, Auburn, KY. Step Maternal Grandparents: Ernest and Francis Owen, Lewisburg, KY.
